Reclamation District No. 1004

Terry Beesler, the Manager of Reclamation 1004 outside of Colusa, California, contacted me after finding AquaLastic on the web about two years ago. He was having issues with a cement-lined canal that had cracking problems. I was able to make a site visit and look at the problem, make a recommendation, and provide a “Rough Proposal” for Terry to have information to take to his board to secure funding for the project.

Terry and a member of his board made a trip to Kaysville East Reservoir to watch the AquaLastic application being made there prior to their commitment to their own project. The project was delayed several times this spring due to high river flows. Once those flows started to go down, the application contractor was able to start the project, but the start of the water deliveries caused the finish of the project to be delayed until the water deliveries ended for the year.

Terry and his board seem to be pleased with the results at this point.
